How do I schedule a delivery?

We currently deliver within the City of San Francisco, please check your . Zip code not included? Somewhere or someone else we can deliver it to?

Perfect! We hand deliver to that zip code.

Oh no, we do not currently deliver to this zip code. Is there another location within the city we could deliver it to?

What are your delivery hours, pricing and processing times?

We deliver 7 days a week - same day, next and up to 14 days in advance. Get your order in by 2 p.m. PST for next day delivery. All hand deliveries are $15.

Is it really hand delivered by your team?

It sure is, and it’s not uncommon to be our Founders too. Making sure that our team deliver on the best experience is everything.

You only deliver within San Francisco - can I send somewhere else?

Alas, not yet! We're focused on getting our ducks in order here in San Francisco. It's all about the best curation and experience we can create and then expanding from there. Until then a number of people choose to take delivery themselves and pass on by hand.

Can I change an order or delivery arrangement after I have placed it?

Yes, please get in touch as quick as you can. Either Live Chat or email us orders@adorne.co

What time will my order arrive?

We deliver between 10 a.m and 6 p.m. Pacific Time. Pre-ordered boxes typically arrive earlier in the day. If you need to arrange a specific time window, please contact us and we will do our very best to make this happen!

Can I change products in my order?

You don’t love our perfect curation?! Laugh aside, we purposefully built Adorne to bring together our curation and personal edits. To create compelling boxes that we would gift to family & friends. ‘Build-a-box’ is a great service it’s just not ours.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

We will never leave boxes on doorsteps or insecure locations. We’ll do everything we can to contact the recipient and if we can’t deliver - then take things back for safekeeping at HQ. We will be in touch to re-arrange delivery.

I love your products, how do I buy individual pieces?

We love them too and have spent far too long discovering them, using them and gifting them! Just now we only cater to gift boxes, however we are looking at ways to get you simple access to some of the individual products you love in the future. Enter your email in the newsletter field to be notified when we can do that.

How do I know my gift has arrived?

As soon as the recipient has received their gift will send you an email to let you know.

Will the recipient see any of my details or order details?

They see only what you want them to! We give you the option to add an appropriate card and note to the gift box. And of course no invoices or pricing make an appearance.
